No. Posting requests, receiving proposals and messaging are free for companies. Listing is currently free for experts too. Fees for the actual work are agreed directly between you and the expert.

Only approved experts who cover the country and at least one of the fields you selected (and any expert you invited). Requests are not public and are not indexed by search engines. You can also hide your company name until you choose an expert.

We review each profile — credentials, experience and website — before listing it, and may ask for proof of licenses. We can't guarantee the outcome of any engagement, so please confirm scope and terms with the expert before you start.

Yes. Each proposal has its own message thread. Ask as many questions as you like before hiring anyone.

That's fine. You can close the request at any time at no cost. Experts who proposed will be notified.

We started with the US and other popular destinations for Japanese companies, and we add countries as experts join. If your country isn't listed, choose “Other countries” and describe it in your request.
